Instruction for Online Reporting of genuine cases of B.Tech,  B.Tech-Lateral Entry & MBA Students

 

As per the GGSIPU Notification, if any candidate is facing genuine difficulty in physically reporting at the Institute for verification of documents and payment of balance fees then he/she should follow the stepwise process as mentioned below:

 

Step-1   Contact the Institute Official Prof. Dr. Amit Gupta (M # 9891911304/9555955955  between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)   e-mail ID: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and ask for the permission by mentioning the genuine reason regarding online reporting. If permitted YES then move to Step-2.

Step-2    Pay the remaining fees through online portal as mentioned at Sr. No. 21 under Institute Notice- “Documents Required at the time of Reporting” and after successful transaction, send the copy of the receipt of the remaining fees paid to the above mentioned e-mail ID & give a call to the official. Then move to Step-3.

Step-3    Send the scanned copies of all the documents required as mentioned from Sr. No. 1 to 20 under Notice- “Documents Required at the time of Reporting” to the above mention e-mail ID & again give a call to the official.

 

Note:      It is suggested that the student or his/her representative visit the Institute physically for reporting. Only in special cases with genuine difficulty the above processes of online reporting may be followed for document submission.
