(HOSTEL FEES)

The students who have been residing in the Hostel before 24^th May, 2019 and wish to continue hostel facility from August 2019 are notified to avail hostel facility they will have to deposit the following fees in one installment by 12^th August, 2019 after adjusting the advance paid by them (See Note (6) below). The detail of which are as follows:

• Additional Hostel Security fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be payable by new hostellers.
• The Fees will be deposited by Demand Draft favoring “Maharaja Agrasen Institute of
  Technology”payable at New Delhi or NEFT/ Debit Card only
• No Fee is Refundable in any case.
• Hostel Rooms & Mess shall remain closed during 1^st July, 2019 to 31^st July, 2019 for Maintenance & Repairing. However only the Director on request of Parents may allow/permit students to stay during July on valid and reasonable ground.
• Final Year Students will have to vacate the hostel within 7 days of last exam.
• The Students who have already deposited an advance of Rs.40,000/- are eligible to continue to live in the hostel from New Academic Session.
• Private Vehicles are not allowed in the Institute Campus.
