REGISTRATION CHART (RC) FOR END-TERM EXAMINATIONS – MAY/JUNE 2026
Registration Charts (RC) for all students of B.Tech./MBA/BBA (2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th Semester) appearing in Regular as well as Reappear subjects in the End-Term Practical and Theory Examinations to be held in May/June 2026 shall remain available only up to 20th March 2026 (01:00 PM).
All concerned students are required to follow the instructions given below carefully for completion of the Registration Chart formalities:
- Regular Students (Without Backlog)
Students who are regular and do not have any back paper in any of the even semesters are not required to take any action.
The Institute/Department will process their Registration Charts internally.
- Passed Out / Reappear / Year Back / Students with Back Papers
Students falling under any of the following categories:
- Passed-out students appearing in reappear papers
- Year-back students
- Students having back paper(s) in any even semester
must pay the prescribed Reappear Examination Fee of ₹1200 per paper per semester.
Mode of Payment (Online Only)
The Reappear Examination Fee must be paid strictly through ONLINE mode only using the following steps:
- Visit the Institute Website: mait.ac.in
- Click on “Reappear Fees”
- Fill in the required details
- Pay the complete reappear fee as reflected against your name

Important Instructions
- Partial payment of reappear fees will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Students must carefully verify the amount payable as per the Reappear Details uploaded on the Institute website before making the payment.
Submission of Payment Proof
After successful payment of the reappear fee, the student must:
- Send the payment proof/screenshot to their respective Faculty Coordinator/Group Counselor via WhatsApp or Email.
- The Coordinator/Group Counselor will verify the payment and confirm/approve the student’s candidature
Departmental Processing
After completion of the Reappear Data File (Google Sheet) shared by the Dean’s Office, the Departmental RC Coordinator shall compile the finalized details and submit the same to the Head of the Department (HOD).
Verification by HODs
All Heads of Departments are requested to thoroughly cross-verify the Reappear Data File, ensuring the following:
- Confirmation of reappear fee submission
- Proper remarks against cases where fee has not been submitted
- Verification of all student details
The verified data must be completed in all respects latest by 20th March 2026 (04:00 PM).

Filling of Re-Appear forms for improvement in Internal Assessment Marks for Even Semester subjects.
All regular and pass-out students are hereby informed that the application forms for appearing in the Re-Appear Mid-Term Examination (March 2026) for improvement in Internal Assessment marks (Even Semester subjects) must be submitted online through the following link: Google Form Link: https://forms.gle/FKRqqqC55mLzuj2a6, (Alternatively, scan the QR code)
The online submission link will remain active up to 7 March 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Instructions:
- If a student has re-appear in more than one semester, a separate form must be filled for each semester.
- Students must ensure that all details are filled correctly, including Subject Code, Subject Name, Enrollment Number, etc.
- Students admitted in 2014 and earlier, having less than 12 marks in Internal Assessment and less than 50 marks overall, are eligible for improvement.
- Students admitted during 2015–2022, having less than 10 marks in Internal Assessment and less than 40 marks overall, are eligible for improvement.
- Students admitted in 2023 onwards (Regular), having less than 16 marks in Internal Assessment and less than 40 marks overall, are eligible for improvement.
- Applicants must attach a copy of the corresponding University result with the application form as proof of eligibility.
- Students having a re-appear in any practical subject must also fill in the details of the respective practical subject in the same form.
