NOTICE
Sub: - Upgradation /Change of Branch of the students admitted in 1st Semester in the Academic Session 2024-25 in the B.Tech. (Engineering Programme) on the basis of their performance in 1st semester. Upgradation/ Change of Branch will be effective w.e.f the 3rd semester which will commence from the Academic Session 2025-26.
All the interested B.Tech 1 st year students who want to upgrade/change their branches may submit their applications in the Registrar Office latest by
29 th April, 2025 till 2 PM.
No request for upgradation will be entertained after the said date and time.
For further instructions regarding Upgradation / Change of branch students may please read the instructions issued by the G.G.S.I.P. University (Copy
enclosed) and the same is also available on Institute website ( www.mait.ac.in ).
As per GGSIPU notification on the above subject, a fee of Rs. 2000/- is to be paid by the students who wants to apply for the upgradation/change of
branch.
The fee of Rs.2000/- is to be paid in cash in the account department of the Institute.
