NOTICE

Regarding filling up of the Vacant Seats in MBA Programme (CET Code: 101) for the Academic Session 2025-26 during SPECIAL ROUND of Offline Counselling of GGSIP University

It is hereby informed to all stakeholders that a total of 06 seats in the MBA Programme (CET Code: 101) are available for admission due to withdrawal and non-reporting of candidates. These seats shall be filled first through CAT 2024 then through CMAT 2025 then through CET 2025 and then through CUET 2025 during the Special Round of Offline Counselling to be conducted by GGSIP University for the Academic Session 2025-26. Candidates interested in seeking admission in one of the most reputed institutes under GGSIP University are advised to register online for the Special Round of Offline Counselling. The detailed notification of GGSIP University in this regard is available at the following link:

As per the above notification, the dates for physical reporting for the Special Round of Offline Counselling are scheduled from 10.09.2025 to 11.09.2025.

Candidates whose present status is Not Admitted and who wish to take admission to the MBA Programme at MAIT through the Special Round of Offline Counselling may personally meet the Director/Dean in their office on any working day, i.e., Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM before September 10, 2025 along with all the relevant documents.

 REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS ADMITTED IN B.TECH., LE-B.TECH., BBA & MBA FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2025-26

(Allotment after Offline Counselling)

Important Instructions to be followed for Registration: 

1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files in the Registrar Office.
2. After collecting the file and Token number, they (along with their parents) will take their seats in the Registrar Office to fill the same.
3. After completing the file in all respects, the student will precede as per his/her token number to the faculty member available on the help desk for registration and cross verification in Registrar Office.
4. After cross verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave Registrar Office as the registration process is over.
5. Students are requested to maintain decorum and keep patience for their turn during their stay in the Registrar Office.
