Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Circular 11.07.2022 The process of allotment of room to the existing /new student in the Hostel will be as follows: The student who wishes to continue/new allotment for hostel room has to apply fresh through an application form available with the hostel warded latest on or before July 25, 2022 for the academic session 2022-23. Eligibility check and approval for the allotment of hostel room will be first verified by the Hostel warden then by the Chief Finance Officer and finally by the under signed. The list of eligible/approved students for allotment of hostel room after verification processes will be displayed latest on or before July 31, 2022 for the academic session 2022-23. The allotted hostel room will be valid from September 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023 for the academic session 2022-23 or as per GGSIPU academic calendar. The above mentioned process for allotment of hostel room will be followed every year before the commencement of the new academic session. The eligible/approved students as per the allotted hostel room will pay the complete Hostel fees as mentioned below latest on or before August 15, 2022 for the academic session 2022-23.
