Urgent and Most important for End Term Examination

This is to apprise you that university has given Registration charts of all the students of the batches from 2003-2008 i.e the existing students of all the four years and the pass out students of the last two years.

The data on these registration charts is as per the available information in the records of the university.

The student who have to reappear is also required to submit the indicated fees in front of his name and roll no in the registration charts to the account section and write the receipt no, date and amount deposited before he is allowed to sign in the registration chart.

Copies of the various subjects along with their code nos relevant to various year students is available with respective HODs.

Students are advised to contact their HODs (Pass out students have to contact the Registrar office) immediately and check their back papers and the amount of fees to be submitted by them as per the registration charts.

If found correct, deposit the fees to the  account section in cash and show the receipt to the HODs/Registrar and sign on the registration chart as directed by HODs/Registrar.

This has to be completed at the earliest and latest by 15.00 Hrs of 18.03.09
