Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, PSP Area, Sector 22, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

1. The updated list of Candidates who had applied for Management Quota Seats shall report for counselling at the venue of counselling on 18^th August 2009 at 2:00 P.M.    

 

The candidates, whose result of the qualifying examination is still awaited, should submit the same before the start of the counseling on 18^th August 2009 otherwise their cases will not be considered for admission.

List of the Candidates 

           

Documents Required at the time of Admission/Counselling

• Admit Card of CET – 2009 (original)

• Mark sheet and Degree or Provisional Degree of qualifying examination, i.e., Degree Examination (Original and Photocopy)

• Proof of date of birth (Secondary School Certificate issued by the affiliating Board) in original and a photocopy.

• SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/ Defence Category/ Kashmere Migrants Certificates, whichever applicable on the basis of which reservation is claimed (photocopy only)

• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- stating that they have not taken admission anywhere else either in GGSIP University or any other University.

• Conduct and Character Certificate from the head of the institution from where the qualifying examination was passed (Original and one Photocopy).

• Certificate of Medical fitness to be signed by a registered medical practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS (Original).

3.   That the Candidate, has been called for counseling does not mean the admission is assured.  Admission will be strictly on merit basis as per the directions of Govt. of NCT of Delhi & GGSIP University.

4.   The first admission list of Management Quota Candidates will be put up on the college notice board on 18^th August 2009 at 4.00 P.M.

5.   2^nd Counselling for Management Quota Seat is scheduled on 19^th August 2009 at 4:00 P.M. depending upon the availability of seats after Ist counseling which will be displayed on the notice Board and  web site www.mait.ac.in .

6.   Student who are allotted the Management Quota Seats and seek admission in MAIT shall deposit the Fee of Rs. 87,600/- as per details given below through a Bank Draft in the name of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
