 NOTIFICATION

 Management Quota B.Tech. Lateral Entry Programmes

1. Candidates who had applied for Management Quota Seats   in B.Tech. Lateral Entry Programmes shall report for counselling on Saturday the 21^st August 2010 at  9:30 A.M.

2. List of the candidates who have applied under Management Quota is available on the Web site of the Institute.  In case the candidate has applied and his/her name is not in the list, he/she can inform the Director latest by August 20, 2010, 12:00 noon.

Documents required at the time of Admission/Counselling

·         Admit Card of CET – 2010 (original)

·         Mark sheet and Degree or Provisional Degree of qualifying examination, (Original and 2 sets of    Photocopy)

·         4 passport size photographs

·         Proof of date of birth (Secondary School Certificate issued by the affiliating Board) in original and a photocopy.

·         SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/ Defence Category/ Kashmere Migrants Certificates, whichever applicable on the basis of which reservation is claimed (photocopy only)

·         Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- stating that they have not taken admission anywhere else either in GGSIP University or any other University.

·         Conduct and Character Certificate from the head of the institution from where the qualifying examination was passed (Original and one Photocopy).

·         Certificate of Medical fitness to be signed by a registered medical practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS (Original).

3.  A candidate who has been called for counseling does not mean that the admission is assured to him/her.  Admission will be done strictly on merit basis as per the directions of Govt. of NCT of Delhi & GGSIP University.

4.   The first admission list of Management Quota Candidates will be put up on the  Notice Board by August 23, 2010 .

5.   Students who are allotted the Management Quota B.Tech. L.E.  Programme at MAIT shall deposit the Fee of Rs. 89,100/- as per details given below through Bank Draft in favour of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
